Your wellbeing and safety are my priority.

Before your first appointment, you'll be asked to complete a confidential health questionnaire. this allows me to assess whether treatment is suitable for you and whether any adaptations are needed to ensure your session is both safe and comfortable.

Every client is assessed individually. Having a medical condition does not automatically mean you cannot receive treatment; Some conditions may require treatment to be adapted, postponed or in some cases medical clearance from your GP or healthcare professional before we proceed.

When treatment may need to be postponed

A fever or contagious illness.
An active infection requiring medical treatment.
Suspected of having a blood clot (DVT) or have unexplained hot, swollen or painful limbs.
Feeling unwell, have recently become seriously ill or are waiting for urgent medical assessment.
Have an open wound, active skin infection or significant inflammation in the area being treated.

Reflexology

Reflexology is suitable for many people and can often be adapted to meet individual needs. I will review your medical questionnaire and treatment goals to ensure your session is safe and appropriate for you individual needs and contact you if I feel the appointment scheduled needs changing .

Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage & wood Therapy

Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle wellness massage designed to encourage healthy lymphatic flow, promote relaxation and leave you feeling lighter and more refresh.

Where appropriate, your treatment may also include wood therapy techniques. wood therapy is used to complement massage and is always tailored to your individual needs and comfort. It is not essential to every treatment and will only be included where it is considered safe and suitable.

I will review your medical questionnaire and treatment goals to ensure your session is safe and appropriate for you individual needs and contact yourself if I feel the appointment scheduled needs changing .
